Common use of Professional College Hearing Clause in Contracts

Professional College Hearing. Where an employee is required by subpoena or as a witness to attend a Professional College hearing, with proof of attendance provided to the Hospital, as requested, in connection with a case arising from the employee’s duties at the Hospital, on their regularly scheduled day off or during their regularly scheduled vacation, the Hospital will attempt to reschedule the employee’s regular day off or vacation period, it being understood that any rescheduling shall not result in the payment of any premium pay.
