Common use of Professional Development Days Clause in Contracts

Professional Development Days. (a) All employees shall have the opportunity to participate in two professional development days per school year which shall be scheduled on a day when students are not in session. Employees who participate shall be paid at their regular day's wage unless attendance is mandatory and then Article 24.04 will apply.
