PROFESSIONAL ENDORSEMENT. All plans, specifications and other documents shall be endorsed by the Engineer and shall reflect the name and seal of the Professional Engineer endorsing the work. By signing and sealing the PS&E submittals the Engineer of Record will be representing to MoDOT that the design is meeting the intent of the federal aid programs.

PROFESSIONAL ENDORSEMENT as used in this Agreement shall mean the endorsement that teachers earn after three years of teaching and meet the requirements found in Idaho Code 33-1201A Expires June 30, 2022
