Common use of PROFESSIONAL GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE Clause in Contracts

PROFESSIONAL GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. A claim by a teacher or the Association that there has been a violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of any provision of this Agreement or any rule, order, or regulation of the Board pertaining to the teachers or the Association may be processed as a grievance as hereinafter provided.

PROFESSIONAL GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. A. A claim by a teacher or the Association group of teachers that there has been a violation, misinterpretation misrepresentation or misapplication of any provision of this Agreement or any rulewritten policy, order, or regulation of the Board pertaining to the teachers or the Association may be processed as a grievance as hereinafter provided.

A claim by a teacher or the Association that there has been a violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of any provision of this Agreement or any rule, order, or regulation of the Board pertaining to the teachers or the Association may be processed as a grievance grievance, as hereinafter providedlong as the matter is not a prohibited subject of bargaining as applied to the grievance.
