PROFESSIONAL PROGRESS Clause Samples

The PROFESSIONAL PROGRESS clause sets out requirements and expectations for the advancement or development of professional skills, qualifications, or milestones within a contractual relationship. Typically, it outlines specific benchmarks, timelines, or performance indicators that must be met by a party, such as completing training modules, achieving certifications, or demonstrating competency in certain tasks. This clause ensures that parties maintain a standard of professional growth throughout the contract, thereby promoting ongoing development and helping to guarantee that work is performed by individuals who are continually improving their expertise.
