Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a default of this Contract, and immediately subjects Provider to the penalties for default, such as repayment of money received or ineligibility for additional money. In addition, Provider may be debarred from contracting with the State. The GLO or the Attorney General may strictly enforce this provision.*
