Professional Sports Teams. If Provider is a “professional sports team” as defined by Texas Occupations Code Section 2004.002, Provider will play the United States national anthem at the beginning of each team sporting event held at the Provider’s home venue or other venue controlled by Provider for the event. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a default of this Contract, and immediately subjects Provider to the penalties for default, such as repayment of money received or ineligibility for additional money. In addition, Provider may be debarred from contracting with the State. The GLO or the Attorney General may strictly enforce this provision.*
