PROFESSIONAL STUDY COMMITTEES. A. There may be established, upon request, a Professional Study committee composed of eight (8) members; four (4) selected by the Board and four (4) selected by the Association. The Professional Study Committee shall investigate into matters normally not negotiable, but of common interest to the Association and the Board. Reports and recommendations will be made by the Committee to the Board of Education and the Association.
