Overload Schedule Sample Clauses
The Overload Schedule clause defines the terms and conditions under which additional work or hours beyond the standard schedule are managed in a contract. It typically outlines how extra hours are approved, compensated, and tracked, and may specify thresholds for when overtime rates apply or how to request schedule changes. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of expectations and compensation for work that exceeds the normal workload, thereby preventing disputes and promoting fair treatment regarding extra labor.
