Common use of Program Application Clause in Contracts

Program Application. The Property Owner hereby represents and warrants to the Authority that the information set forth in the Program Application submitted to the Authority in connection with its request for financing is true and correct as of the date hereof, and that the representations set forth in the Program Application with respect to the Property and the Property Owner are true and correct as of the date hereof as if made on the date hereof.

Program Application. The Property Owner hereby represents and warrants to the Authority District that the information set forth in the program application (the “Program Application Application”) submitted to the Authority District in connection with its request for financing is true and correct as of the date hereof, and that the representations set forth in the Program Application with respect to the Property and the Property Owner are true and correct as of the date hereof as if made on the date hereof.
