Program Enrolment. 5.7.1 Upon written notification by the Primary User, on behalf of the Trading Partner, to the NNHPD that the identity of an individual has been authenticated and the individual is thereby authorized by the Trading Partner to act on its behalf for purposes of the NHP Online system, the NNHPD will ordinarily enroll the individual in the NHP Online system, but reserves the right to refuse such enrolment.
