Program Interactions with Other HFA Programs None. 14. Program Interactions with HAMP The program will have an active interface with the HAMP program. During the ‘in-take’ process with the foreclosure mitigation/mediation agencies, the applicants will be screened for HAMP eligibility and where it is indicated that a borrower would be eligible, they will channeled into a HAMP loan modification. If the applicant needs 2nd lien relief in order to effectuate a HAMP or 1st mortgage principal reduction program process then the 2nd lien relief element will be utilized. NAHAC wishes to supplement and complement the federal programs and where needed to create added funds flow to ensure long term solutions to the borrower’s need.

Program Interactions with HAMP The MPA program will provide assistance to eligible unemployed or substantially underemployed homeowners first, and then the servicer would follow with any eligible programs offered by the investor, servicer, or GSE. Borrowers can receive HAMP assistance prior to or after receiving Hardest Hit Fund assistance. For example, a borrower can receive UP assistance for 3-6 months and then receive MPA Assistance. GHFA will agree to subordinate all assistance loans for borrowers who refinance their mortgage(s) to receive more favorable loan terms. To the maximum extent possible, GHFA will coordinate with eligible homeowners’ servicers to assist them in obtaining a loan modification from HAMP, if needed after program completion.

  • Program Interactions with Other HFA Programs Other HFA program benefits may be available to the homeowner provided the HHF program maximum benefit cap of $100,000 has not been exceeded, and program funds are available. The homeowner is required to apply separately for each HFA program.

  • File Management and Record Retention relating to CRF Eligible Persons or Households Grantee must maintain a separate file for every applicant, Eligible Person, or Household, regardless of whether the request was approved or denied.

  • Services and Information for Persons with Limited English Proficiency A.
