Program Items. During the terms of this Agreement you agree to the following: Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc. (“PEC”) maintains all rights to any current or future environmental attributes stemming from the Residential New Construction program related to carbon credits, renewable energy credits, greenhouse gas offsets or white tags. In addition, you shall ensure all of your subcontractors, manufactures and retailers agree to the same terms. Provide CLEAResult/MHS an up-to-date and signed W-9 including your legal entity name and Federal ID number. A 1099 will be issued at the end of each participation year. ACCEPTANCE: This Agreement is subject to change and may be withdrawn if not accepted within 30 days after above date and submitted according to the Program Documents and the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If this Agreement is transmitted and agreed to electronically, by completing the fields above and returning it to the Residential New Construction Incentive Program as indicated above, you need not physically sign below and will not receive a physical signature from MHS.   • Program Information The Heritage Greece Program is generally described in the literature provided to the Student and available online at: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx. It is understood and agreed that the information contained therein is descriptive only and may be changed in the discretion of ACG which reserves the right to make Program changes at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. ACG and/or the Sponsor shall not be liable to the Student because of any such change. ACG reserves all rights, in its sole discre tion, to cancel the Program or any aspect thereof prior to or after departure, and in the case of cancellation after departure, to require the Student to return to the United States, if ACG determines or believes it is in the best interests of the Student.

  • SHOP DRAWINGS, PRODUCT DATA AND SAMPLES 4.12.1 Shop Drawings are drawings, diagrams, schedules and other, data specially prepared for the Work by the Contractor or any Subcontractor, manufacturer, supplier or distributor to illustrate some portion of the Work.

  • Program Costs 3.1 The Province will pay the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Medicine for the costs of the Participant’s Postgraduate Medical Education. Annually, the cost to the Province to fund the Participant’s Postgraduate Medical Education is approximately $150,000, including the Participant’s salary and benefits.

  • Program Evaluation The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. The School District commits to collecting longitudinal data as specified by the College, and making data and performance outcomes available to the College upon request. HB 1638 and SACSCOC require the collection of data points to be longitudinally captured by the School District, in collaboration with the College, will include, at minimum: student enrollment, GPA, retention, persistence, completion, transfer and scholarships. School District will provide parent contact and demographic information to the College upon request for targeted marketing of degree completion or workforce development information to parents of Students. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.
