Plan Review Process a) The Cooperative and its Power Supplier, if requested by the Cooperative, will review the application and accompanying documents, plans, specifications, and other information provided and will return an interconnection analysis to the Member within 60 days of receipt of final plans and specifications. b) Technical review will be consistent with guidelines established by the most recent IEEE Standard 1547 Guide for Distributed Generation Interconnection. The Member may be required by the Cooperative to provide proof that their DG Facilities have been tested and certified by applicable IEEE guidelines. c) If corrections or changes to the plans, specifications, and other information are to bemade by the Member, the 60 day period may be reinitialized when such changes or corrections are provided to the Cooperative. In addition, any changes to the site or project requiring new analysis by the Cooperative may require additional cost and a new DG plan. The cost will be determined by the Cooperative and shall be paid by the Member. d) The Member acknowledges and agrees that any review or acceptance of such plans, specifications, and other information by the Cooperative or its Power Supplier shall not impose any liability on the Cooperative or its Power Supplier and does not guarantee the adequacy of the Member’s equipment or DG facility to perform its intended function. The Cooperative and its Power Supplier disclaim any expertise or special knowledge relating to the design or performance of generating installations and does not warrant the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, safety, durability, or reliability of such DG installations. Installation and operation of the DG facility shall at all times be at the Member’s sole risk and sole expense. e) In the event it is necessary at the time of initial interconnection or at some future time for the Cooperative or its Power Supplier to modify electric delivery systems in order to serve the Member’s DG facilities or purchase or continue to purchase the output of the Member’s DG facilities, or because the quality of the power provided by the Member’s DG adversely affects the Cooperative’s or its Power Supplier’s delivery system, the Member will be responsible to pay the Cooperative or its Power Supplier in advance for all costs of modifications required for the interconnection of the Member’s DG facilities.

Plan Review Process. (a) Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that neither Lender nor the Construction Consultant's approval of any Plans and Specifications (or any revisions thereto), nor its inspection of the performance of the construction, nor its right to inspect such work, shall impose upon Lender and/or Construction Consultant any obligation or liability whatsoever with respect thereto, including, without limitation, any obligation or liability that might arise as a result of such work not being performed in accordance with applicable laws and/or requirements of public authorities or with the Plans and Specifications (and revisions thereto) approved by Lender and Construction Consultant or otherwise. The review or approval by Lender and Construction Consultant of any Plans and Specifications or any revisions thereto is solely for Lender’s benefit, and is without any representation or warranty whatsoever with respect to the adequacy, correctness or efficiency thereof or otherwise. The granting by Lender and/or Construction Consultant of its approval of any Plans and Specifications or any revisions thereto, shall not in any manner constitute or be deemed to constitute a judgment or acknowledgment by Lender as to their legality or compliance with laws and/or requirements of public authorities.
Plan Review Process. The successful delivery of the plan review services requires the coordination of tasks between the Village and the Consultant. These tasks include but are not limited to: i. The Village will collect all initial permit applications and construction/engineering plan documents from the customer; ii. The Village will submit all applications and construction/engineering plan documents to the Consultant for review. The Village shall have access to the electronic project file maintained by the Consultant throughout the duration of the plan review and inspection processes in order to monitor project progress, provide as needed customer status updates, and respond to any applicable Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests; iii. Prior to the commencement of work on any given project, the Consultant shall prepare a work order for plan review services, which will be submitted to the Village for approval; iv. Fees on such work order shall be calculated using the rates for each project receiving plan review services as agreed upon by both parties and reflected in the Proposal Certification Form. v. After Village authorization, the Consultant shall perform the initial plan review and provide a plan review letter to the Village no later than nine (9) calendar days of receipt of plan documents from the Village;  If after the initial plan review it is determined that a subsequent plan review is needed, the Consultant shall note the required plan changes in the plan review letter to the Village. The Village will communicate the necessary plan changes to the customer and acquire revised plan documents for re- submittal to the Consultant for subsequent plan review.  All subsequent plan reviews by the Consultant shall be completed no later than five (5) calendar days of receipt of revised plan documents from the Village. The first subsequent plan review shall be completed as part of the approved project work order at no additional cost. Any plan reviews beyond the first subsequent plan review shall be completed at an hourly rate as agreed upon by both parties and reflected in the Proposal Certification Form. vi. Plan Review Process. To ensure that all existing and new buildings, facilities, and other properties within the Town are constructed, developed, and maintained in accordance with the Fire Code, the Parties hereby establish the following plan review and building inspection process for all modifications to or renovations of existing buildings, facilities, and other properties, and all new construction and development within the Town (collectively, "Construction"): a. The Town will direct all owners/occupants to submit their Construction drawings, blueprints, plans, and other working drawings (collectively, "Plans") to xxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx, or as otherwise designated by the Fire District. The Fire District will review the Plans within fifteen calendar days following their submission to xxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx. b. Following the Fire District's review of the Plans, the Fire District's Fire Chief, Fire Marshal, or other designee of the Fire Chief (“Fire Code Official”) will approve or deny the Plans' compliance with the Fire Code, using the Town's web-based, electronic, or other Construction permitting system ("Permit System"). The Town will issue a Construction permit to the owner/occupant only after the Fire Code Official has approved the Plans through the Permit System. c. After the Construction is complete, and periodically during the Construction if required or permitted by the Fire Code, the Fire Code Official will inspect the completed Construction for compliance with the Plans and the Fire Code. Following the final inspection of completed Construction, the Fire Code Official will approve or deny the completed Construction's compliance with the Fire Code, both using the Permit System and through hard-copy execution of a Certificate of Compliance. The Town will issue a Certificate of Occupancy to the owner/occupant only after the Fire Code Official approves the completed Construction through the Permit System and executes a hard-copy Certificate of Compliance. d. The Fire District shall not be liable for any injury or loss of life, or any property damage or destruction, that may occur as the result of Fire Code violations or other fire and life safety hazards present in buildings, facilities, other properties, if: (i) the owner/occupant was not directed to submit its Plans to the Fire District pursuant to subsection (a) above; (ii) a Construction permit was issued to the owner/occupant without approval of the Plans by the Fire Code Official pursuant to subsection (b) above; and/or ...
Plan Review Process. Before Cedar Park begins construction of the Intersection Project, Cedar Park will provide CTRMA a reasonable opportunity to review, comment and approve (“Plan Review Process”) the: (a) design of the Intersection Project at thirty percent (30%) completion, at sixty percent (60%) completion, and at ninety percent (90%) completion, (b) final construction plans and specifications (including, shop drawing review and erection and demolitions plans, if necessary), and (c) construction coordination plans for the Intersection Project. Such review and comment, shall be complete within two (2) weeks of CTRMA’s receipt of plans, subject to extension by prior written and mutual agreement. CTRMA will approve plans after comments are resolved to CTRMA’s satisfaction, but in no event shall such approval be unreasonably withheld, delayed, conditioned or denied. Cedar Park will provide CTRMA with copies of those approved plans, specifications and bid documents, which upon CTRMA’s written approval will constitute the “Intersection Project Plans.”
