PROGRAMME PHASING. The Contractor shall establish a development logic with appropriate phasing and timing of Project Reviews. This approach shall be applied to all major activities proposed by the Contractor for the design, manufacture and test of the Alphasat spacecraft. The approach shall be consistent with the level of maturity of the main elements foreseen for the Alphasat mission, and shall be coherent with the baseline development plan and associated programmatics established for the on-going Alphabus contract.

PROGRAMME PHASING. The Operator shall establish a development logic with appropriate phasing and timing of Project Reviews. This approach shall be applied to all major activities proposed by the Operator, including, system definition, Alphasat implementation, and Payload(s) Development. The approach shall be consistent with the level of maturity of the main elements foreseen for the Alphasat mission, and coherent with the baseline development plan, and associated programmatics, established for the on-going Alphabus contract. Related to PROGRAMME PHASING

  • Programme 13.1 Within the time stated in the Contract Data, the Contractor shall submit to the Engineer for approval a Programme showing the general methods, arrangements,' order and timing for all the activities for the construction of works. 13.2 The program shall be supported with all the details regarding key personnel, equipment and machinery proposed to be deployed on the works for its execution. The contractor shall submit the list of equipment and machinery being brought to site, the list of key personnel being deployed, the list of machinery/equipment being placed in field laboratory and the location of field laboratory along with the Programme.

  • Phasing The Contractor shall not proceed beyond any previously authorized phase of the Work for a project unless authorized by the Owner in writing, except at the Contractor’s own financial risk. Applicable phases of the scope of work shall be identified in the Project Proposal.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • Project Implementation The Borrower shall:

  • Maintenance Programme (i) The Contractor shall prepare a monthly maintenance programme (the “Maintenance Programme”) in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer and submit the same to the Authority’s Engineer not later than 10 (ten) days prior to the commencement of the month in which the Maintenance is to be carried out. For this purpose a joint monthly inspection by the Contractor and the Authority’s Engineer shall be undertaken. The Maintenance Programme shall contain the following: (a) The condition of the road in the format prescribed by the Authority’s Engineer; (b) the proposed maintenance Works; and (c) deployment of resources for maintenance Works.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Protocol The attached Protocol shall be an integral part of this Agreement.

  • Design Development Phase INDICATE IN STATEMENT OF WORK “NOT APPLICABLE” IF SECTION IS NOT APPLICABLE 1.1.6.1. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare from the approved Schematic Design Studies, the Design Development Documents consisting of drawings (including at least architectural, landscaping, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical plans, building sections; and finish schedule), outline specifications following the Construction Specification Institute "CSI" Format and other necessary documents to fix and describe the size and character of the entire Project as to its site, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, materials and other such essentials as may be appropriate, for and until approved by the State. 1.1.6.2. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall conduct meetings with the State, Efficiency Vermont, and relevant members of the design team, to review the Design Development Documents for the purposes of furthering the energy efficiency objectives of the Project. 1.1.6.3. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare for the State a revised accounting of how the Project is responding to LEED criteria. 1.1.6.4. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall submit to the State a revised Statement of Probable Construction Cost based thereon for and until approved by the State.

  • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.

  • Development Phase contractual phase initiated with the approval of ANP for the Development Plan and which is extended during the Production Phase while investments in xxxxx, equipment, and facilities for the Production of Oil and Gas according to the Best Practices of the Oil Industry are required.
