The ARCHITECT shall consult with the Owner and Efficiency Vermont to establish the Basis of Design, based on BGS Design Guidelines, BGS Space Management Guidelines, LEED manuals, ASHRAE 90.1, Vermont Commercial Building Energy Standard, ASHRAE Advanced Energy Design Guide for Small to Medium Office Buildings, and other guides that are identified for the use of the building.
