Progreso de los Estudiantes. Cuando eliges usar la funcionalidad de progreso de los estudiantes en el Portal Web, el progreso del estudiante en las actividades asignadas en las apps compatibles con ClassKit se registrará y se informará en la plataforma de ClassKit. Solo con las actividades asignadas por Tus profesores a través de Tareas Escolares se iniciará el registro y el informe de la información sobre el progreso de los estudiantes. Los Usuarios Finales estudiantes podrán ver la información de su propio progreso en Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx y en Configuración en su dispositivo. Los Usuarios Finales profesores podrán ver la información del progreso de todos los estudiantes en sus clases para las actividades que ellos asignen. Los datos de los estudiantes creados mediante el uso que hagas de las apps compatibles con ClassKit o Tareas Escolares se tratarán de acuerdo con lo especificado en la Sección 3 y el Anexo A de este Contrato. Si eliges excluir un Apple ID Administrado de la funcionalidad de progreso de los estudiantes, todos los Datos Personales sobre el progreso de los estudiantes asociados con ese Apple ID Administrado se eliminarán de acuerdo con lo especificado en la Sección 3L(i).

  • Audits No more than once a year, or following unauthorized access, upon receipt of a written request from the LEA with at least ten (10) business days’ notice and upon the execution of an appropriate confidentiality agreement, the Provider will allow the LEA to audit the security and privacy measures that are in place to ensure protection of Student Data or any portion thereof as it pertains to the delivery of services to the LEA . The Provider will cooperate reasonably with the LEA and any local, state, or federal agency with oversight authority or jurisdiction in connection with any audit or investigation of the Provider and/or delivery of Services to students and/or LEA, and shall provide reasonable access to the Provider’s facilities, staff, agents and XXX’s Student Data and all records pertaining to the Provider, LEA and delivery of Services to the LEA. Failure to reasonably cooperate shall be deemed a material breach of the DPA.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 7 years of experience with large and complex database management systems.

  • Subcontractors The Contractor will not subcontract any work under the Contract without prior written consent of the Department. The Contractor is fully responsible for satisfactory completion of all its subcontracted work.   • MANAGEMENT RIGHTS 3.01 The Union acknowledges that all management rights and prerogatives are vested exclusively with the Employer and without limiting the generality of the foregoing; it is the exclusive function of the Employer: (a) To determine and establish standards and procedures for the care, welfare, safety and comfort of the residents in the facility. (b) To maintain order, discipline and efficiency and in connection therewith to establish and enforce reasonable rules and regulations. (c) To hire, transfer, layoff, schedule, recall, promote, demote, classify, assign duties, discharge, suspend or otherwise discipline employees for just cause, provided that a claim of discriminatory transfer, promotion, demotion of classification or a claim that an employee has been discharged or disciplined without just cause, may be the subject of a grievance and dealt with as hereinafter provided. (d) To have the right to plan, direct, and control the work and direction of employees and the operation of the facility. This includes the right to introduce new and improved methods, facilities, equipment and to control the amount of supervision necessary, work schedules, the combining or splitting up of departments, and the increases or reduction of personnel in a particular area or on the whole. 3.02 The Employer will exercise these rights in a manner consistent with the Collective Agreement and apply the provisions of the Collective Agreement in a reasonable manner.

  • Subcontracting 6.1 The Grantee is responsible for the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including in relation to any tasks undertaken by subcontractors. 6.2 The Grantee agrees to make available to the Commonwealth the details of any of its subcontractors engaged to perform any tasks in relation to this Agreement upon request.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Payment Terms DXC agrees to pay Supplier the undisputed amount of an invoice within ninety (90) days after the receipt of a valid, complete and properly documented invoice. Any prompt payment discount will be calculated from the date a conforming invoice is received by DXC. Payment will be in U.S. currency unless otherwise stated. Payment will not constitute acceptance of Products and/or Services or impair DXC’s right to inspect. Acceptance shall be when DXC deems the Products and/or Services to meet its specified criteria (“Acceptance”). DXC, at its option, and without prior notice to Supplier, shall have the right to set off or deduct from any Supplier’s invoice, any credits, refunds or claims of any kind due DXC.

  • GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE 36.01 It is agreed that neither the Employer, its representatives and supervisors, nor the Union, will attempt to bring about the settlement of any contractual issue by means other than the grievance procedure. 36.02 A grievance is a dispute or difference between the Employer and the employee covered by this Bargaining Agreement, concerning the interpretation and/or application of this contract. The following procedures shall apply to the administration of all grievances filed under this Agreement, and shall be presented in accordance with the steps outlined below: Step 1 An employee who believes he may have a grievance shall notify his immediate supervisor(s) of the possible grievance within seven (7) calendar days of the occurrence of the facts giving rise to the grievance. This notification shall be in writing, and shall state the aggrieved employee's name, position, date of alleged grievance, and the portion of the Agreement in question giving rise to this grievance. The presentation of this grievance shall be in the employee's own hand. The supervisor will schedule an informal meeting within seven (7) calendar days after the receipt of the grievance, with the employee, and his associate if requested by the employee, to discuss the issues in dispute with the objective of resolving the matter informally, with a written reply of the meeting to be given to the employee, the Union xxxxxxx, and the Employer. Step 2 If no satisfactory settlement is reached at the step 1, the grievance may be appealed to the Division Head, or other Employer designate, and the Local Union Staff Representative within seven (7) calendar days after receiving the reply of the step 1. The appeal shall restate the grievance, and shall include proposed remedy sought by the aggrieved party. A step 2 answer, reduced to writing, will be given to the aggrieved party within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the written appeal. Step 3 If no satisfactory answer is reached at step 2, the grievance may be appealed to the City Manager and the Union Staff Representative or their designated alternates within seven (7) calendar days after the reply is rendered in step 2. The appeal shall be reduced to writing, shall contain the original grievance and all subsequent answers/decisions, and be in the employee's own hand. A meeting will be held within 14 calendar days after the receipt of the Step 2 reply. A written reply will be issued as a result of this meeting within fourteen

  • General Requirements The Contractor hereby agrees:

  • Bereavement Leave (a) Upon the death of an employee's spouse, spouse to include same sex partner, child or stepchild, an employee shall be granted leave up to a maximum of five (5) continuous calendar days without loss of pay. One of the days of leave shall include the day of the funeral or equivalent service. Additional days off with or without pay may be granted by the Employer. Part-time employees will be credited with seniority and service for all such leave. In the event of a delayed interment or ceremony for reason of religion or other protected grounds under the Ontario Human Rights Code, an Employee may save one of the days identified above without loss of pay to attend the interment or ceremony. (b) When a death occurs in the immediate family of an employee, the employee shall be granted leave up to a maximum of three (3) continuous calendar days without loss of pay around the date of the funeral or equivalent service provided that the employee must be regularly scheduled to work such days to receive pay. (c) Immediate family shall be defined as parent, step-parent, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, daughter-in- law, son-in-law, legal guardian, grandmother, grandfather, and grandchildren. (d) An employee shall be granted one (1) day bereavement leave without loss of pay to attend the funeral, or if there is no funeral, an equivalent service for his or her aunt or uncle, niece or nephew. Where there is a funeral but the employee cannot attend by reason of religion or other protected grounds under the Ontario Human Rights Code, the employee shall be granted one (1) day bereavement leave without loss of pay to attend an equivalent service within a week following the funeral. (e) An employee will not be eligible to receive payment for any period in which she is receiving any other payments. For example, holiday pay or sick pay. (f) Where it is necessary, with as much notice as possible, the employee may apply for personal leave of absence in addition to bereavement leave. Permission for such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.
