Progress Payment Verification. From and after the FNTP Date, Contractor shall provide written notices to Owner once each Week verifying the progress of the Work in the previous Week (other than engineering progress which will only be reported on a Monthly basis), which notices may be included as part of the Weekly Status Report provided to Owner. Contractor shall provide Owner with a Fully Functional copies of the detailed reports of Contractor’s progress measurement details and summaries as described in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇-▇, as well as back up documentation for progress achieved on a Monthly basis, for the purpose of verification of achieved progress. Summaries of progress achieved shall be submitted together 1. If Contractor disagrees with Owner’s assessment of the progress of the Work, such Dispute shall be resolved in accordance with Article 20.
