Progressive discipline is defined as the application of corrective measures by increasing and progressive degrees, with actions that fit the nature of the problem, designed to motivate an employee to change performance or conduct. The District shall follow the principles of progressive discipline. Progressive steps may be repeated as deemed appropriate by the District.
