Prohibition of all forms of discrimination. The Crédit Agricole S.A. Group reaffirms its rejection of all forms of discrimination, whether direct or indirect and undertakes to ensure that this principle is respected in its working relations and at each step of the career path of its employees. Discrimination is unequal treatment by reason of: - the origin, sex, family, situation, pregnancy, physical appearance, special vulnerability resulting from the apparent or known economic situation of the author, patronymic, place of residence, banking domicile, state of health, loss of autonomy, disability, genetic characteristics, sexual morals or orientation, gender identity, age, political opinions, trade union or mutualist activities, membership or non-membership, true or supposed, of a given ethnic group, nation, race or religious convictions. In order to ensure the effectiveness of this principle, the Crédit Agricole S.A. Group undertakes: • to combat any discrimination based on one of the criteria set out above and to protect any employees who may have been the victims thereof; • to continue to raise awareness and train directors, managers and employees about the challenges of non-discrimination; • to promote any action aimed at ensuring fair and equitable working conditions, combating stereotypes and treating everyone with respect and dignity.
