Project Budget and Expenditure Deadlines. The total budget for this Project includes: NeighborWorks Montana Equity $350,740 Community Frameworks $30,000 City of Xxxxxxxx HOME Funds $75,000 Homeowner Labor, Loan Fees $4,260 Xxxxx Fargo Targeted Market Grant $20,000 Total Sources: $480,000 The total HOME budget and CHDO reserve funding allocated to the Developer is $75,000 for this Project. Funding includes the following CHDO set-aside and expenditure deadline: FY Amount Expenditure Deadline FY17-18 $44,250 $75,000 Within four years of the date funds are committed as reflected by the date of the last signature on the Development Agreement $30,750 Current and complete Sources and Uses are on file with the City and the Developer is required to submit updated financial documents to the City as revised commitments are made. The Developer represents that the HOME funds invested are no more than necessary to provide affordable housing. The Developer will disclose to the City any changes in sources of funds within ten (10) of days from notice of such changes, and the City will reserve the right to revise the project’s HOME award based on a revised Sources and Uses statement and subsequent subsidy layering analysis. The Developer may not modify the finalized budget without having requested and received the City’s written approval of the adjustment. Modifications to the budget without City approval will be considered a violation of the contract and are grounds for termination at any point without consideration for performance or compensation. The Developer agrees to adhere to maximum 221(d)(3) HOME per-unit subsidy requirements. The Developer understands that the HOME funds being provided are subject to the requirements of 00 XXX 00.000, Xxx-Xxxxx for CHDOs. Eligible costs may be paid if incurred up to 24 months prior to the date HOME funds are committed to the Project. The $75,000 in funding allocated to the project will be repaid to the City by the Developer if the Developer fails to comply with federal, state or local requirements for the use of HOME funds, construction, or sale to income-eligible households. The Developer will submit a HOME Match Funds report when units are completed.

  • Project Budget A Project Budget shall be prepared and maintained by Grantee. The Project Budget shall detail all costs for which the Grant will be used during each calendar month of the Term. The Project Budget must be approved in writing by the Project Monitor. Grantee shall carry out the Project and shall incur costs and make disbursements of funds provided hereunder by the Sponsor only in conformity with the Project Budget. The current approved Project Budget is contained in Attachment B. Said Project Budget may be revised from time to time, but no Project Budget or revision thereof shall be effective unless and until the same is approved in writing by Project Monitor. The funds granted under this Grant Contract cannot be used to supplant (replace) other existing funds.

  • Annual Budgets The School shall adopt a budget for each fiscal year, prior to the beginning of the fiscal year. The budget shall be in the Idaho Financial Accounting Reporting Management Systems (IFARMS) format and any other format as may be reasonably requested by the Authorizer.

The Annual Budget shall be prepared by the Asset Manager in accordance with the protocols (including the preparation of the back-up materials on the timetable set forth therein) set forth on Schedule B-2 hereto (the “Budget Development Protocols”). The Annual Budget for each Fiscal Year shall be prepared with the same detail and line items as set forth in the Initial Annual Budget and such other detail as the members of the Company Board appointed by the Preferred Partners in accordance with Section 4.3(c) of the Parent LP Agreement (the “Preferred Board Members”) may reasonably request. In connection with the review of a proposed Annual Budget, the Preferred Board Members may reasonably request additional information regarding the materials supporting the proposed Annual Budget or such other information as is necessary or desirable to enable review of such proposed Annual Budget, and the Asset Manager shall provide such requested information. The Preferred Board Members shall consent to or reject the proposed Annual Budget, or request additional information (as provided for above), within ten (10) Business Days following (i) receipt of such proposed Annual Budget or (ii) receipt of all additional information that is, in the determination of the Preferred Board Members, necessary or desirable to enable review of such proposed Annual Budget. The Asset Manager shall comply with the Budget Development Protocols regarding the Preliminary Budget for each Fiscal Year. The Annual Budget shall be prepared and submitted annually by the Asset Manager no later than December 10, 2018 for the next Fiscal Year and thereafter by December 10 of each year with respect to the following Fiscal Year. The Annual Budget for each Fiscal Year shall include use of the pre-funded reserve amounts as shown on Schedule B-3 hereto for the four Fiscal Quarters comprising such Fiscal Year. In connection with the submission of the Annual Budget, the Asset Manager shall also prepare and submit to the Company Board an annual business plan for Parent and its Subsidiaries, including a responsible five-year operations forecast, including the operating metrics set forth on Schedule B-4 hereto (the “Annual Plan”). The Preferred Board Members, or their designated representatives, shall be provided reasonable access to all information, data, reports, models and analyses relied on in developing the Annual Plan (including, for the avoidance of doubt, all financial and silvicultural assumptions, constraints, supporting stand level data, merchantable timber volumes, pre-merchantable acres by species and age class, and acres by land classification).

  • Construction Budget The total amount indicated by the District for the Project plus all other costs, including design, construction, administration, financing, and all other costs.

  • Construction Progress Schedule; Overall Project Schedule The Contractor shall submit for review by the Design Professional and approval by the Owner a Construction Progress Schedule based upon the Design Professional’s Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule and prepared using a CPM (Critical Path Method) process within sixty days after the Effective Date of the Contract, utilizing a full-featured software package in a form satisfactory to the Design Professional and Owner, showing the dates for commencement and completion of the Work required by the Contract Documents, including coordination of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical disciplines, as well as coordination of the various subdivisions of the Work within the Contract. Milestones must be clearly indicated and sequentially organized to identify the critical path of the Project. The Construction Schedule will be developed to represent the CSI specification divisions. It shall have the minimum number of activities required to adequately represent to the Owner the complete scope of Work and define the Project’s (and each Phase’s if phased) critical path and associated activities. The format of the Construction Progress Schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, inspections for Material Completion and Occupancy Date, and Final Completion Date. The Contractor shall submit, along with the Construction Progress Schedule, the Submittal Schedule for approval by the Design Professional, correlating the associated approval dates for the documents with the Construction Progress Schedule. Upon recommendation by the Design Professional and approval by the Owner, the Construction Progress Schedule shall become the Overall Project Schedule, which shall be utilized by the Design Professional, Owner and Contractor. The Contractor must provide the Design Professional and the Owner with monthly updates of the Overall Project Schedule indicating completed activities and any changes in sequencing or activity durations, including approved change orders.
