Project Contracting. The Developer proposes to minimize the risk of Project cost overruns by having (a) the Developer retain the design professionals necessary to prepare the Project Construction Documents and (b) the JPA retain (i) a construction manager at-risk entity (“XXXX”) pursuant to California Public Contract Code Section 20146 to assist with the design of the Project and serve as the general contractor for the construction of the Project and (ii) the Developer as the JPA’s owner’s representative to oversee and manage the XXXX’x performance under the applicable contract.

  • Project contract 1. For each approved project a project contract shall be concluded between the Programme Operator and the Project Promoter.

The Employer shall not contract any work covered by this Agreement to be done at the site of construction, alterations, repairs or any new construction to any person, firm or company that does not have an existing labor agreement with the Union covering such work within the scope of this Agreement.

  • Construction Contract Documents The Construction Contract Documents shall consist of the plans and specifications prepared by the Engineer, and any addenda and change orders thereto, and the Owner-Contractor Agreement, all of which shall be compatible and consistent with this Agreement.

  • Project Documents In addition to any other pertinent and necessary Project documents, the following documents shall be used in the development of the Project:

  • Construction Contracts Item A: Enter the total dollar amount of all contacts awarded on the project/ program. Item B: Enter the total dollar amount of contracts connected with this project/program that were awarded to Section 3 businesses.
