Construction Contract Documents definition

Construction Contract Documents means all documents that shall make up a Construction Contract.
Construction Contract Documents means the document or documents, in form and substance acceptable to MnDOT, including but not limited to any construction plans and specifications and any exhibits, amendments, change orders, modifications thereof or supplements thereto, which collectively form the contract between the Public Entity and the Contractor(s) for the completion of the Construction Items on or before the Completion Date for either a fixed price or a guaranteed maximum price.

Construction Contract Documents means all agreements, contracts, and other documents, including, but not limited to, the Owner-Contractor or Owner-CM at Risk Contracts and attachments thereto, Advertisements, Instructions to Bidders, Bidding Documents, Contract Forms, Conditions of the Contracts, Specifications, Drawings, Schedule of Values in a format acceptable to the Authority, all addenda issued prior to execution of the Contracts, and other documents listed in the Owner-Contractor or Owner-CM at Risk contracts and any amendments or modifications issued after execution of said contracts, executed by and between the District and the Contractors or any other parties that set forth the terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications for the design and construction of the Project. For purposes of this Project Funding Agreement, the Construction Contract Documents shall also at all times include a current construction schedule, a current Total Project Budget, and a current cash flow projection.
Construction Contract Documents means all design documents provided by the Owner’s Architect-Engineer and/or the Construction Manager and approved by the Owner pursuant to the Contract Documents, including, without limitation, those for use in construction of the Project, performing the Work, and the rendering of the Project fully operational, and shall include, without limitation, the Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents and any Addenda or Change Orders thereto.
Construction Contract Documents means the duly-approved plans, specifications, estimates, bill of quantities and other documents that define the technical requirements of the PROJECT, as prepared by the CONTRACTOR, which shall form part of the bid documents for the procurement of civil works of the PROJECT.
