Project Construction Documents definition

Project Construction Documents means any and all contracts, documents or other instruments entered into by or on behalf of Owner or any other of its Affiliates for the development, design or construction of the Project Improvements, including the Project Construction Contract and the Project Design Contract.
Project Construction Documents means, collectively, all construction documentation that Harcourt or a parcel-specific Single Purpose Entity is required to submit as part of the City’s design review and permitting process and upon which Harcourt and/or Harcourt’s contractors will rely in building the Improvements. These documents are based on the Project Schematic Design Documents.

Project Construction Documents means, collectively, all construction documentation that Developer or a parcel-specific Single Purpose Entity is required to submit as part of the City of Washougal's design review and permitting process and upon which Developer and/or Developer's contractors will rely in building the Improvements. These documents are based on the Site Plan Application Documents.
Project Construction Documents consisting of final plans and specifications for the construction of the Base Project Work, which shall (i) be consistent with the Design Development Documents, (ii) be complete and fully coordinated, (iii) include the depiction of all work necessary to obtain a certificate or statement of occupancy from all applicable governmental authorities having jurisdiction, for the Building and other improvements to be constructed by Landlord as a part of the Project (except for work to be performed as a part of the TI Work), and (iv) be signed and sealed by the Architect or, if applicable, Landlord’s professional engineer, licensed and registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Project Construction Documents shall also conform in all material respects to actual field conditions and all applicable Legal Requirements, and the requirements of public authorities and with the reasonable and customary requirements of insurance underwriters, and shall be sufficient for the issuance of all building permits required for the construction of the Base Project Work. The Project Construction Documents shall contain, at a minimum, floor plans, structural plans, reflected ceiling plans, power and telephone plans, mechanical plans, details and elevations, electrical plans, fire protection plans, the locations and specifications for all mechanical, electrical, fire protection, security and life safety equipment, and the locations of all partitions, doors, lighting fixtures, electrical receptacles and switches, and other relevant construction details, but only to the extent that these are part of the Base Project Work and not TI Work, together with all other plans and specifications required for the complete construction of the Base Project Work.

Related to Project Construction Documents

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.

A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.

  • Formation Documents means, collectively, the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
