Project coordination, integration and dissemination of results. For the harmonious running of the of the CAMP Levante de Almeria the direction of the project will be represented by the Steering Committee, composed of members of the RMoE of Andalusia, the Spanish MoE and MAP-PAP/RAC. This body will nominate a CAMP Levante de Almeria project General Coordinator (coordination between the National administrations and between these and MAP, as well as the coordination of all external contributions, the supervision of the general activities and the preparation and presentation of progress reports, etc), and will create a CAMP Levante de Almeria Technical Coordination Office (to activate the structure of institutional coordination and participation, to implement all the project tasks in close liaison with the project General Coordinator, etc)(more in Section 3.3). The institutions responsible for the promotion of the CAMP Levante de Almeria are the Spanish MoE, the RMoE of the Regional Government of Andalusia, and the MAP-PAP/RAC. There is a large number of participants to be involved in the project (although most of these participants have already been taking part of the project all throughout the FS phase). At the national level, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, The General Directorate of the Merchant Marine, the public entity responsible for the strategic coordination of the Spanish port system. At the regional level, the Regional Ministries of Agriculture and Fishing, of Public Works and Transport, of Tourism and Sports, and of Culture. At the local level, the project will integrate all the eight municipalities within the project area. The Socio-economic agents with connections with the coastal issues of the area will be involved in the participatory processes of the project (i.e. ecologist associations, fishermen, businesspeople, University of Almeria, research centres, Rural Development Group Levante Almeriense, etc). The CAMP Levante de Almeria will also reach a significant part of the general population through the participatory processes, the training and communication activities, and through the project webpage. A summary timetable and a summary budget table of the project are presented below (more details on sections 4.1 and 4.2).   • Cooperation and Coordination The Parties acknowledge and agree that it is their mutual objective and intent to minimize, to the extent feasible and legal, taxes payable with respect to their collaborative efforts under this Agreement and that they shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate and coordinate with each other to achieve such objective.

  • Proposing Integration Activities in the Planning Submission No integration activity described in section 6.3 may be proposed in a CAPS unless the Funder has consented, in writing, to its inclusion pursuant to the process set out in section 6.3(b).

  • Notification and Distribution of Materials The Company shall notify the Holders in writing of the effectiveness of the Resale Shelf Registration Statement as soon as practicable, and in any event within one (1) Business Day after the Resale Shelf Registration Statement becomes effective, and shall furnish to them, without charge, such number of copies of the Resale Shelf Registration Statement (including any amendments, supplements and exhibits), the Prospectus contained therein (including each preliminary prospectus and all related amendments and supplements) and any documents incorporated by reference in the Resale Shelf Registration Statement or such other documents as the Holders may reasonably request in order to facilitate the sale of the Registrable Securities in the manner described in the Resale Shelf Registration Statement.

  • Cooperation of the Parties The Seller undertakes to notify the Buyer of any obstacles on his part, which may negatively influence proper and timely delivery of the Equipment.

  • Documentation and Record Keeping 1. Records to be Maintained Subrecipient shall maintain all records required by the Federal regulations specified in 24 CFR 570.506 that are pertinent to the activities to be funded under this Contract. Such records shall include, but not be limited to: a. Records providing a full description of each activity undertaken; b. Records demonstrating that each activity undertaken meets the one of the National Objectives of the CDBG program; c. Records required to determine the eligibility of activities; d. Records required to document the acquisition, improvement, use, or disposition of real property acquired or improved with CDBG assistance; e. Records documenting compliance with the fair housing and equal opportunity components of the CDBG program; f. Financial records as required by federal regulations 24 CFR 570.502, and 24 CFR 84.21-28; and g. Other records necessary to document compliance with Subpart K of 23 CFR.

  • Order Coordination and Order Coordination-Time Specific 2.1.9.1 “Order Coordination” (OC) allows BellSouth and Lightyear to coordinate the installation of the SL2 Loops, Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL) and other Loops where OC may be purchased as an option, to Lightyear’s facilities to limit end user service outage. OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below. 2.1.9.2 “Order Coordination – Time Specific” (OC-TS) allows Lightyear to order a specific time for OC to take place. BellSouth will make every effort to accommodate Lightyear’s specific conversion time request. However, BellSouth reserves the right to negotiate with Lightyear a conversion time based on load and appointment control when necessary. This OC-TS is a chargeable option for all Loops except Unbundled Copper Loops (UCL) and Universal Digital Channel (UDC), and is billed in addition to the OC charge. Lightyear may specify a time between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (location time) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). If Lightyear specifies a time outside this window, or selects a time or quantity of Loops that requires BellSouth technicians to work outside normal work hours, overtime charges will apply in addition to the OC and OC-TS charges. Overtime charges will be applied based on the amount of overtime worked and in accordance with the rates established in the Access Services Tariff, Section E13.2, for each state. The OC-TS charges for an order due on the same day at the same location will be applied on a per Local Service Request (LSR) basis.

  • Preparation and Submission The Recipient will: (a) submit to the Province at the address referred to in section A17.1, all Reports in accordance with the timelines and content requirements as provided for in Schedule “F”, or in a form as specified by the Province from time to time; (b) submit to the Province at the address referred to in section A17.1, any other reports as may be requested by the Province in accordance with the timelines and content requirements specified by the Province; (c) ensure that all Reports and other reports are completed to the satisfaction of the Province; and (d) ensure that all Reports and other reports are signed on behalf of the Recipient by an authorized signing officer.

  • Search, Enquiry, Investigation, Examination And Verification a. The Property is sold on an “as is where is basis” subject to all the necessary inspection, search (including but not limited to the status of title), enquiry (including but not limited to the terms of consent to transfer and/or assignment and outstanding charges), investigation, examination and verification of which the Purchaser is already advised to conduct prior to the auction and which the Purchaser warrants to the Assignee has been conducted by the Purchaser’s independent legal advisors at the time of execution of the Memorandum. b. The intending bidder or the Purchaser is responsible at own costs and expenses to make and shall be deemed to have carried out own search, enquiry, investigation, examination and verification on all liabilities and encumbrances affecting the Property, the title particulars as well as the accuracy and correctness of the particulars and information provided. c. The Purchaser shall be deemed to purchase the Property in all respects subject thereto and shall also be deemed to have full knowledge of the state and condition of the Property regardless of whether or not the said search, enquiry, investigation, examination and verification have been conducted. d. The Purchaser shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Conditions of Sale prior to the auction and to have knowledge of all matters which would have been disclosed thereby and the Purchaser expressly warrants to the Assignee that the Purchaser has sought independent legal advice on all matters pertaining to this sale and has been advised by his/her/its independent legal advisor of the effect of all the Conditions of Sale. e. Neither the Assignee nor the Auctioneer shall be required or bound to inform the Purchaser of any such matters whether known to them or not and the Purchaser shall raise no enquiry, requisition or objection thereon or thereto.
