Common use of Project Labor Disputes Clause in Contracts

Project Labor Disputes. All disputes involving the application or interpretation of a Master Agreement to which a Contractor/Employer and a Union are parties shall be resolved pursuant to the resolution procedures of the Master Agreement. All disputes relating to the interpretation or application of this Agreement, other than disputes under Article IV (Work Stoppages, Strikes, Sympathy Strikes and Lockouts) and Article XIV (Work Assignments and Jurisdictional Disputes), shall be subject to resolution by the grievance arbitration procedures set forth below.

Project Labor Disputes. All project labor disputes involving the application or interpretation of a Master Agreement to which a signatory Contractor/Employer Employer(s) and a signatory Union are parties shall be resolved pursuant to the resolution procedures of the Master Agreement. All disputes relating to the interpretation or application of this Agreement, other than disputes under Article IV (Work Stoppages, Strikes, Sympathy Strikes and Lockouts) and Article XIV (Work Assignments and Jurisdictional Disputes), the Project Stabilization Agreement shall be subject to resolution by the Joint Administrative Committee and the grievance arbitration procedures procedure set forth belowin Article 13.

All Project labor disputes involving the application or interpretation of a Master Collective Bargaining Agreement (as identified in “Schedule A” to Appendix B hereto) to which a Contractor/Employer the Contractor and a Signatory Union are parties shall be resolved pursuant to the resolution procedures of the applicable Schedule A Master Collective Bargaining Agreement. All disputes relating to the interpretation or application of this Agreement, other than disputes under Article IV (Work Stoppages, Strikes, Sympathy Strikes and Lockouts) and Article XIV (Work Assignments and Jurisdictional Disputes), Agreement shall be subject to resolution by the Joint Administrative Committee, as described in Article 11, and the grievance arbitration procedures procedure set forth belowherein.

Project Labor Disputes. All Project labor disputes involving the application or interpretation of a Master Agreement collective bargaining agreement (as identified in “Schedule A”) to which a signatory Contractor/Employer and a signatory Union are parties shall be resolved pursuant to the resolution procedures of the Master Agreementapplicable Schedule A collective bargaining agreement. All disputes relating to the interpretation or application of this Agreement, other than disputes under Article IV (Work Stoppages, Strikes, Sympathy Strikes and Lockouts) and Article XIV (Work Assignments and Jurisdictional Disputes), the Construction Careers Agreement shall be subject to resolution by the Joint Administrative Committee, as described in paragraph 11.1, and the grievance arbitration procedures procedure set forth belowherein.

Project Labor Disputes. All Project labor disputes involving the application or interpretation of a ofthe Master Agreement to which a Contractor/Employer signatory Contractor(s)/Employer(s) and a signatory Union are parties shall be resolved pursuant to the resolution procedures of the Master Agreement. All disputes relating to the interpretation or application of this Agreement, other than disputes under Article IV (Work Stoppages, Strikes, Sympathy Strikes and Lockouts) and Article XIV (Work Assignments and Jurisdictional Disputes), Agreement shall be subject to resolution by the grievance arbitration procedures Grievance Committee and the Grievance and Arbitration Procedure set forth belowin Article XII.

Notwithstanding any specific dispute resolution procedures in this Agreement, all disputes arising from the Agreement shall be resolved by a neutral arbitrator.

All Subject to Section 14.3 below, all disputes relating to the interpretation or application of this Agreement, other than disputes under Article IV (Work Stoppages, Strikes, Sympathy Strikes and Lockouts) and Article XIV (Work Assignments and Jurisdictional Disputes), the Project Stabilization Agreement shall be subject to resolution by the grievance arbitration dispute-resolution procedures set forth belowestablished in this Agreement.
