Project Management of Ev2. The subtask aims at complying with reporting requirements, at ensuring deliverables are completed on time and financial reporting is complete at the project level. For the project specifically it will monitor the delivery of milestones and deliverables according to agreed time and budget and ensure that deliverables and milestones are delivered according to defined quality. Liaise and report to the Project Officer, providing information on progress and deviations. Execute project progress reports for the EC at agreed reporting periods. As regards the financial management of the project, WP8 will submit financial statements , and will be responsible for the timely distribution of pre-financing to partners.
