Project Progress Reports. During the term of this Contract the Grantee will submit Project progress reports as described in ARM 2.13.410 to the Department in conjunction with each request for reimbursement. The Department, at its sole discretion, may decline to honor any request for reimbursement if the required project progress report has not been submitted to or approved by the Department.
Project Progress Reports. At least one (1) month prior to the date set for the Annual Review meeting mentioned in section 2 above, the Proponent shall provide the Minister with a written progress report containing:
(a) a description of the progress in completion of the Project activities, in comparison with the schedule and milestones contained in the Statement of Work and the related Project expenditures for that segment of Project activities;
(b) the Proponent’s revised cost breakdown for the Project, including an estimated cost breakdown by major activity and by Fiscal Year; and
(c) an indication of any delay in completing the Project and the reasons for such delay, together with the Proponent’s revised schedule and any proposed revisions to the Statement of Work;
Project Progress Reports. During the term of this Contract the Grantee will submit Project progress reports to the Department in conjunction with each request for reimbursement. These reports will describe the status of the activities set forth in Section 6, including, at a minimum, the percentage completed, costs incurred, funds remaining, and projected completion date. Additionally, the report must provide documentation supporting each claim for expenses to be reimbursed, describe any significant problems encountered in carrying out the Project, and the scope of any necessary modifications the Grantee is requesting in the Project scope of work, budget, or implementation schedule. The Department, at its sole discretion, may decline to honor any request for reimbursement if the required project progress report has not been submitted to or approved by the Department.
Project Progress Reports. The Grantee shall submit to the Commission, on a monthly basis, project progress reports outlining the progress of the project, and identifying any problems that may have arisen and actions taken to correct such problems. Such reports shall be submitted on the Project Monthly Progress Report Form attached hereto and made a part hereof as Attachment F. Reports are due to the Commission’s Grant Manager by the 15th of the month immediately following the reporting period until the Certificate of Completion is submitted.
Project Progress Reports. Prepare monthly project progress reports on an as needed basis to document project status as required for compliance with the District’s Alternative Water Supply program. A memorandum summarizing the hydrogeologic data collected during the well construction and testing will also be prepared and submitted to the District to document completion of the project and close-out of the funding requirements.
Project Progress Reports. (PPR). The Sponsor will submit project progress reports within the required time frame.
Project Progress Reports. The Consultant shall prepare and submit to Task Assignment Project Manager a monthly progress report on all the tasks underway during the preceding calendar month within 21 calendar days of the end of such month.
Project Progress Reports. (a) a description of the progress in completion of the Project activities, in comparison with the schedule and milestones contained in the Statement of Work and the related Project expenditures for that segment of Project activities;
(b) the Proponent's revised cost breakdown for the Project, including an estimated cost breakdown by major activity and by Fiscal Year; and
(c) an indication of any delay in completing the Project and the reasons for such delay, together with the Proponent's revised schedule and any proposed revisions to the Statement of Work;
Project Progress Reports. The Recipient agrees to provide the Project Officer with Project Progress Reports, which will communicate the important activities and accomplishments of the Project, on a semi- annual basis for the periods ending December 31 and June 30, or any portion thereof. Reports are due no later than 1 month following the end of the period. Performance Progress Reports should be submitted to EDA in an electronic format no later than the dates outlined above in a concise, clear format, which outlines the following information in no more than 3-6 pages in length:
i. Provide a clear, concise overview of the activities undertaken during the Project Period;
ii. Document accomplishments, benefits, and impacts that the Project and Activities are having. Recipients should note specific outcomes where activities have led to job creation/retention, private investment, increased regional collaboration, engagement with historically excluded groups or regions, enhanced regional capacity, and other positive economic benefits;
iii. Highlight any upcoming or potential press events or opportunities for collaborative press events to highlight benefits of the EDA investment;
iv. Compare progress with the project timeline, explaining any departures from the targeted schedule, identifying how these departures are going to be remedied, and projecting the course of work for the next period;
v. Outline challenges that currently impact or could impact progress on the grant over the next reporting period and identify ways to mitigate this risk; and
vi. Outline any areas where EDA assistance is needed to support the project or any other key information that would be helpful for your EDA Project Officer to know. Final Project Reports may be posted on EDA’s website, used for promotional materials or policy reviews, or may be otherwise shared. Recipients should not include any copyrighted or other sensitive business information in these reports. There is no specific page limit for Final Project Reports; however, such reports should concisely communicate key project information, and should:
i. Outline the specific regional need that the project was designed to address and update on progress made during the reporting period that will mitigate need and advance economic development;
ii. Provide a high-level overview of the activities undertaken;
iii. Detail lessons learned during the project period that may be of assistance to EDA or other communities undertaking similar efforts;

Project Progress Reports. All subgrantees are required to complete and submit semiannual project progress reports describing activities supported with these funds to DCJS. Progress reports for the period of January through June are due on July 15th, and reports for the period of July through December are due on January 15th.
