Project Outcomes. A. Xxxxxxx’s TTF project must provide services that demonstrate one or more of the following project outcomes: 1. Improve healthy pregnancy and childbirth outcomes; 2. Improve child health and development; 3. Assist families in achieving economic self-sufficiency and stability; 4. Increase workforce participation; and 5.
