Once Contractor shall use State templates for the foregoing, unless otherwise approved by the State. The State Project Manager shall be responsible for the review and acceptance of project management documentation. Contractor’s project manager shall assist the State’s project manager (upon request) in creating materials for periodic presentations to State project sponsors and key stakeholders. Contractor’s project manager may be required to present information to, and answer questions from, State stakeholders at these presentations.
