Project Site Access. Public access to the Project Area is already restricted by the subject landowners and will continue to be restricted in accordance with easement agreements. Access to the Project Site shall be further controlled in the form of an electric gate with an associated keypad security code for entry. The Applicant shall be responsible for the installation and maintenance of the gate, and will work with applicable landowners to determine its appropriate location. Property owners who access their property from Loping Lane and require access through the gate will be provided the necessary and applicable access. Representatives of the Washington State Department of Natural Resources currently has access to and through the Project Site and will continue to be allowed access. The Applicant will also coordinate with local landowners to identify any necessary additional security measures, including an additional access restriction on Loping Lane near its intersection with Xxxxx Road. The Applicant does not have the authority to grant permission to third party recreationists, including hunters and campers, to access the Project, but may grant permission to such parties on a case-by-case basis provided such parties first secure written permission from all of the applicable landowners along Loping Lane.
Project Site Access. As required by Project Schedule, Owner shall provide access to the Project Site to Contractor, Subcontractors and their Personnel as necessary to perform the Work.
Project Site Access. Grantee will provide access to the project site for inspection and tour of the project site by representatives of the Grantor.
Project Site Access. Owner shall provide Contractor with access to the Project Site at all times Contractor determines necessary for performance of the Work. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Owner shall not unreasonably prevent, obstruct or otherwise interfere with Contractor’s or Subcontractor’s reasonable rights of ingress or egress to and from the Project Site.
Project Site Access. Grantee shall give Grantor, and its employees and agents written permission to access the Project Site at least once every 12 months from the date of Grantor’s Notice to Proceed until 25 years after the end of the Agreement Term for purposes of inspections and monitoring (Project Site Access). Such access shall be reasonably acceptable to the Landowner(s) and the requester following written or verbal request to Xxxxxxx.
Project Site Access. 4.8.1 Following Licence of the Project Site and delivery of the Vacant Possession of the Project Site to the Concessionaire by the Authority, the Licence granted to the Concessionaire shall always be subject to the right of access of the Authority, any relevant Government Authority, the Independent Auditor and the Independent Engineer and their representatives, officers, employees and agents for inspection, viewing and exercise of their rights and performance of their obligations under this Agreement; provided, that the exercise of such right of access shall not interfere with the Concessionaire’s performance of its rights and obligations under this Agreement. Further, the Licence granted to the Concessionaire shall always be subject to the right of access of the Users.
Project Site Access. 13.1 With effect from the Effective Date, the Municipality shall make the Project Site available to and hereby grants vacant, free, and undisturbed possession, use and access to the Private Party and its Subcontractors and any other contractors or agents of the Private Party to the Project Site for the purposes of undertaking the Project Deliverables for the duration of this PPP Agreement.
Project Site Access. Customer agrees and if required will procure the right to provide access to Recurve, Aggregator, PGfiE, the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), and their representatives to perform Project tasks required on the Project Site, such as inspection of post- equipment installation. Customer agrees that either PGfiE or Recurve shall have the right to direct Aggregator to stop work under certain circumstances which are specified in the contract between the Aggregator and Recurve.
Project Site Access. The LVMPD will provide access to, and make all necessary provisions for the Company to enter upon the Project site as may be required to perform the service under this Contract.
Project Site Access. The Recipient shall ensure that the State Water Board, the Governor of the State, or any authorized representative of the foregoing, will have safe and suitable access to the Project site at all reasonable times during the Project.
