PROJECTS OF DIVISION INTEREST. FHWA’s authority will be specified in the project specific oversight plan and could include the following: ● Plan, Specifications & Estimates Approval; ● Approval of design exceptions on non-Interstate facilities ● Contract Concurrence in Award; ● Contract Change Order Approval; ● Approval of Contract Claims Settlement; ● Final Inspection; and ● Project Acceptance. FHWA has established the criteria for evaluation of projects for the purpose of selecting Projects of Divisions Interest (PoDI) and retaining some approval authority. This is described in Section 10.4.

PROJECTS OF DIVISION INTEREST. (PoDI) Projects of Division Interest (PoDIs) are those projects that have an elevated risk, contain elements of higher risk, or present a meaningful opportunity for FHWA involvement to enhance meeting program or project objectives. Each Division Office (Division) should identify those projects, within its limited resources, where FHWA should assert a positive leadership influence to help assure a high level of public confidence that projects and programs are administered with integrity, are in compliance with applicable requirements, and yield maximum value for the public. Project selection will be risk-based and stewardship and oversight activities will be directed toward addressing identified risks. This may include retaining certain project approvals or directing stewardship or oversight activities to a specific phase or element of the project.

The Employer’s campuses and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings subject to the University’s policy and availability of the space. The Employer may provide private space for stewards and/or Union representatives to meet in confidence with those they represent on a space available basis. Staff representatives may reserve and utilize meeting rooms in accordance with University policy and procedure. Such requests will be subject to availability and all applicable fees.

  • Ownership, Use and Return of Offering Materials The Offering Materials shall continue to be the property of the Owner and HFF. The Offering Materials will be used by the Potential Investor solely for the purpose of evaluating the possible acquisition of the Property and not for any purpose unrelated to the possible acquisition of the Property. The Offering Materials may not be copied or duplicated without the Owner's and HFF’s prior written consent, and must be returned to HFF (or with HFF’s permission, destroyed by Potential Investor and any Related Party, and in such instance Potential Investor shall certify in writing to HFF and Owner that such information has been so destroyed) immediately upon request or when the Potential Investor declines to make an offer for the Property or terminates any discussions or negotiations with respect to the Property.

  • Local Subdivision Contribution The Recipient shall, at a minimum, contribute to the Project (the "Local Subdivision Contribution") the Local Subdivision Participation Percentage as set forth in Appendix D of this Agreement. The Local Subdivision Contribution to the Project shall be for the sole and express purpose of paying or reimbursing the costs certified to the OPWC under this Agreement for the completion of the Project as defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement.

  • COSTS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH COUNTYWIDE COST ALLOCATIONS The indirect overhead and support service costs listed in the Summary Schedule (attached) are formally approved as actual costs for fiscal year 2020-21, and as estimated costs for fiscal year 2022-23 on a “fixed with carry-forward” basis. These costs may be included as part of the county departments’ costs indicated effective July 1, 2022, for further allocation to federal grants and contracts performed by the respective county departments.

  • Permitted and Required Uses/Disclosures of PHI 3.1 Except as limited in this Agreement, Business Associate may use or disclose PHI to perform Services, as specified in the underlying grant or contract with Covered Entity. The uses and disclosures of Business Associate are limited to the minimum necessary, to complete the tasks or to provide the services associated with the terms of the underlying agreement. Business Associate shall not use or disclose PHI in any manner that would constitute a violation of the Privacy Rule if used or disclosed by Covered Entity in that manner.
