Promoter. 6.4.1 The Promoter shall be the intermediary between the Parties and the Programme Operator and shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Contract and in this Partnership Agreement.
6.4.2 In particular, the Promoter shall be responsible for: - Monitoring compliance by the Parties with their obligations - Keeping the address list of Members and other contact persons updated and available - collecting, reviewing to verify consistency and submitting reports and other deliverables (including financial statements and related certifications) to the Programme Operator - Transmitting documents and information connected with the Initiative to any other Parties concerned - Administering the financial contribution of the Programme operator and fulfilling the financial tasks described in Article 7.3 - Providing, upon request, the Parties with official copies or originals of documents which are in the sole possession of the Promoter when such copies or originals are necessary for the Parties to present claims.
6.4.3 If the Promoter fails in its coordination tasks, the Steering Committee may propose to the Programme Operator to change the Promoter.
6.4.4 The Promoter shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Party.
6.4.5 The Promoter shall not enlarge its role beyond the tasks specified in this Partnership Agreement and in the Contract.
Promoter. In the event Promoter cancels the performance for any reason within five (5) weeks of the scheduled performance then Promoter will pay Artist, as liquidated damages, one-half (1/2) of the Artist's Fee agreed to be paid for such performance set forth in this Agreement. In the event Promoter cancels the performance for any reason within two (2) weeks of the scheduled performance set forth in the Agreement, then Promoter will pay Artist, as liquidated damages, the full amount of Artist's Fee agreed to be paid for such performance.
Promoter. Promoter of the Program is PT. Indo Koala Remittance, incorporated in Indonesia under company number 9120007790231 and whose registered office is at Jalan Tebet Raya no. 45B, Jakarta Selatan (“Transfez”).

Promoter. 6.6 A Promoter must comply at all times with all relevant laws and regulations, the Business Terms and Conditions in the My Saharogya Marketing Agreement, the Code of Ethics for My Saharogya Promoters and any other rules and guidelines published to a promoter from time to time by My Saharogya. A promoter warrants that he will indemnify and keep My Saharogya harmless from any claims from Third Parties because of his breach of any of them.
6.7 Each Promoter while providing services under the My Saharogya Marketing Agreement must always carry and present his visiting Card and truthfully.
6.8 A Promoter may only make factual statements or representations regarding My Saharogya and/or the products and services he is promoting that conform to the information contained in official documents and the Communication Material. A Marketer is hereby reminded that any factual statements made by him are made in his own capacity and not on behalf of My Saharogya.
6.9 As soon as a Promoter receives information regarding a possible violation against the provisions of My Saharogya Marketing Agreement by another Promoter or any Third-Party, he must inform My Saharogya immediately.
6.10 A Promoter is solely responsible for all tax liabilities arising from his own business and will hold My Saharogya harmless from all Third-Party claims regarding such liabilities.
6.11 The Promoter shall be entitled to use the organisational support of Third-Parties (such as assistance) for his/her sales activities. The sales activity itself must always be performed by the Promoter himself/herself. The Promoter must ensure that the obligations of this contract are also met by these Third Parties.
