Promoter Status. Sabre, Existing Shareholders, Sponsor 2 and their respective Affiliates and their representatives, shall not be named or deemed as ‘promoters’ or ‘sponsors’ of the Company and Operating Group, nor shall any declaration or statement be made to this effect, either directly or indirectly, in filings with regulatory or Governmental Authorities, offer documents or otherwise without obtaining prior written consent of Sabre.
