Promotion to Exempt Positions. Any employee covered by this Agreement who is transferred to a supervisory position outside of the bargaining unit, shall retain his/her seniority as of the date of transfer. Any employee who is, or has been, employed in a supervisory position outside of the bargaining unit, shall not accumulate seniority in the bargaining unit while so employed.
