Promotional Balances Sample Clauses

Promotional Balances. We may from time to time offer you a promotional Periodic Rate on all or a portion of Cash Advance or Purchase balances in your Account ("Promotional Balances"). If you take advantage of a Promotional Balance program, the resulting Promotional Balance will be subject to the terms of that specific promotional offer and this Agreement. Any expiration date specified in the Promotional Balance offer, the date the Account is closed to future transactions, or the date your Account becomes subject to a Default Rate as provided below (the "Termination Date"). In each Promotional Balance program, any terms of the program not disclosed in this Agreement (such as the Annual Percentage Rate, effective dates any grace period) will be detailed in the Promotional Balance offer.

Promotional Balances. 16.1. Promotional Balances are equal in value and redemption rights to normal non-promotional balances in your Xxxx Gold Account. 16.2. Xxxx Xxxx may disqualify you from a promotion and/or claim back Promotional Balances if we believe, in our absolute discretion, that your Xxxx Gold Account or subsequent referred Xxxx Gold Accounts has been set up to abuse the promotion or if you are otherwise in breach of this Agreement or the terms and conditions of the promotion. Xxxx Xxxx reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate a promotion at any time and without prior notice. 16.3. Xxxx Xxxx reserves the right to validate referred Xxxx Gold Accounts, which must meet the terms outlined in clause 2, and may withhold Promotional Balances for up to sixty (60) days. 16.4. You agree not to send a Xxxx Gold invitation template to anyone with whom you do not have a personal relationship. Sending your invitation to persons who you do not have a personal relationship with will constitute spamming and may result in a suspension of your Xxxx Gold Account. 16.5. Employees of Xxxx Xxxx and family members of employees are excluded from participating in any promotional exercises. 16.6. Details of any promotional campaigns will be published on the Xxxx Gold Website, and we reserve the right to amend the details by updating the same on the Xxxx Gold Website.
