Promotional Emails. The Event Services provide you with a means of providing promotional emails to Users who have purchased Event Tickets, have subscribed to your Organization, or whose contact information you have added to your contact list on the Event Services (“Promotional Emails”). FamTickets reserves the right to restrict Promotional Emails that may be sent through the Event Services, such as by restricting the number of Promotional Emails that may be sent during a defined period of time, restricting the number of recipients for a particular Promotional Email, and through other means at FamTickets’ discretion. In order to send Promotional Emails, you must purchase email credits, either individually or as part of a package or plan. Email credits can be redeemed to send Promotional Emails through the Event Services, subject to the frequency, number of email addresses, and other limitations set forth at the time the email credits are purchased.

Promotional Emails. You may choose to provide us with your email address for the purpose of allowing us to send materials to you. You can stop receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in e-mails that you receive. If you decide not to receive promotional emails, we may still send you service-related communications.

  • Annual Production Program document describing the forecasts for Production and handling of Oil, Gas, water, special fluids, and waste arising from the Production process of each Development Area or Field.

  • Brand Name Drugs If the subscriber chooses a brand name drug when a bioequivalent generic drug is available, the subscriber is required to pay the standard copayment plus the difference between the cost of the brand name drug and the generic. Amounts above the copay that an individual elects to pay for a brand name instead of a generic drug will not be credited toward the out-of-pocket maximum.

  • Develop programs 1) The Employer will develop and implement health promotion and health education programs, subject to the availability of resources. Each Appointing Authority will develop a health promotion and health education program consistent with the Minnesota Management & Budget policy. Upon request of any exclusive representative in an agency, the Appointing Authority shall jointly meet and confer with the exclusive representative(s) and may include other interested exclusive representatives. Agenda items shall include but are not limited to smoking cessation, weight loss, stress management, health education/self-care, and education on related benefits provided through the health plan administrators serving state employees.
