If these increases exceed the maximum of the salary grade to which the employee is being promoted, or 15the employee shall receive no more than an additional 5% increase beyond the maximum for a three one-grade promotion and no more than an additional 10% increase beyond the maximum for a two-grade promotion. Employees shall not be below the minimum for the grade they are promoted and/or reclassified into.
