Supplementary Vacation The supplementary vacations as set out below are to be banked on the outlined supplementary vacation employment anniversary date and taken at the Employee’s option at any time subsequent to the current supplementary vacation employment anniversary date but prior to the next supplementary vacation employment anniversary date.
VACATION PLAN 36.01 All 12 month employees in the bargaining unit shall earn paid vacation time under this Article. Vacation benefits are earned on a fiscal year basis - July 1 through June 30.
Supplementary Labour (a) If the Employer wishes to engage supplementary labour to perform work performed by its Employees under this Agreement, the Employer must first consult in good faith with the affected Employees.
Supplementary Terms Other Contributions
Split Vacations Where an employee wishes to split her vacation, her second choice of vacation time shall be made only after all other employees concerned have made their initial selection.
Annual Vacation Employee shall be entitled to twenty (20) business days of paid vacation during each year of this Agreement. Employee may be absent from his employment for vacation at such times as are pre-approved by the Employer’s Chief Executive Officer. Unused vacation shall not be carried over into the next year, and will not be paid in the form of cash.
Vacation Planning The following general rules shall be observed in implementing the vacation planning program:
ANNUAL VACATIONS Vacation entitlement earned during previous employment shall be credited to the employee, and vacations granted shall be in accordance with such previous entitlement (Articles 28.01 and 28.02).
Annual Vacation Pay Vacation pay shall be paid at the regular hourly rate of the Nurse in effect immediately prior to the Nurse taking vacation.
Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule If a paid holiday falls on or is observed during an employee's vacation period, he/she shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employer and employee.
