Salary floors. (a) FY 14. The University will establish a pool of money to be used to raise the salaries of all Non-Tenure-Track bargaining unit faculty members to the salary floors established by the Joint Committee on Equity and Floors. The pool shall be equal to up to 2% of the total base salary paid to all bargaining unit faculty members in the Non-Tenure-Track Faculty classifications. Increases from this pool will be effective July 1, 2013.
