SUPPLIER PUBLICATIONS 4.1 Any marketing materials in relation to this Framework Agreement that that Supplier produces must comply in all respects with the Branding Guidance. The Supplier will periodically update and revise such marketing materials.
ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMOTION A. Concessionaire shall not advertise in any manner or form on or about the Concession Premises or any other part of the Area, except by means of such signs or forms of advertising as first shall be approved, in writing, by Department.

Promotional Activities 19 At the request of North Sound BH-ASO, Provider shall display promotional materials in its 20 offices and facilities as practical, in accordance with applicable law and cooperate with and 21 participate in all reasonable marketing efforts. Provider shall not use any North Sound BH- 22 ASO name in any advertising or promotional materials without the prior written permission of 23 North Sound BH-ASO.
Publications All published material and written reports submitted under the Contract must be originally developed material unless otherwise specifically provided in the Contract. When material not originally developed is included in a report in any form, the source shall be identified.
