Common use of PROOF OF FITNESS TO RETURN TO WORK Clause in Contracts

PROOF OF FITNESS TO RETURN TO WORK. An employee who has been absent due to sickness/disability in excess of seven (7) calendar days shall, upon request, provide medical documentation of their fitness to return to work that satisfies the University’s need to provide a safe and productive work and learning environment. The cost of documentation shall be borne by the University.
