PROOF OF RETIREMENT ELIGIBILITY. Severance pay will be issued by the Treasurer’s Office after proof of eligibility of retirement has been provided to the Director of Human Resources. Proof will consist of a copy of the identification card issued by the retirement system or a copy of the first check issued.
