For those bargaining unit members initially employed on and after September 1, 2006, an employee must be regularly scheduled to work at least thirty (30) hours per week to be eligible for health care insurance coverage and the following contributions shall apply:

  • Health Care Benefits (a) Each regular full-time employee may elect coverage for himself and his eligible dependents* under one of the following health insurance plans:

  • Health Care Savings Plan As provided in this Agreement, eligible ASF Members will participate in the health care savings plan (HCSP) established under Minnesota Statute 352.98, and as administered by the Plan Administrator. The Employer is responsible only for transferring funds, as specified in this agreement, to the Plan Administrator.
