Proof of Start-Up Funding. Not later than July 1, 2009, the School agrees to provide the Sponsor proof of sufficient funds for start-up costs to assure prompt payment of operating expenses associated with the opening of a school, including, but not limited to, the amount of any teacher and other staff salaries and benefits.

Proof of Start-Up Funding. Not later than July 5th of 2011, if the school commences op- erations for the 2011-2012 school year, or June 15th of 2012, if the School uses the 2011-2012 year for planning and commences operations for the 2012-2013 school year, the School agrees to provide to the Sponsor proof of sufficient funds, including a letter of commitment which states that the only remaining condition to receipt of a line of credit is an executed charter agreement and specifying the availability and amount of the line of credit and including the date of availa- bility of the line of credit, or a line of credit, for start-up costs to assure prompt payment of oper- ation expenses associated with the opening of school, including, but not limited to the amount of any teacher and other staff salaries and benefits, and other operational expenses from the begin- ning of the school year through October of such year. Failure to comply with this provision shall be considered good cause for termination or nonrenewal of this charter.

  • Supplemental Funding Unless otherwise defined by program rules, Supplemental Funding is the award of additional funds to provide for an increase in costs due to unforeseen circumstances. The State will comply with all Federal program agency policies and procedures for requesting supplemental grant funding. The State will comply with the following guidelines when requesting supplemental funding for the Medical Assistance Program and associated administrative payments (CFDA 93.778): The State must submit a revised Medicaid Program Budget Report (CMS-37) to request supplemental funding. The CMS guidelines and instructions for completing the CMS-37 are provided in Section 2600F of the State Medicaid Manual (SMM). The CMS/CO must receive the revised Form CMS-37 through the Medicaid Budget Expenditure System/Children's Budget Expenditure System (MBES/CBES) no later than 10 calendar days before the end of the quarter for which the supplemental grant award is being requested. Additional guidance on this policy is available from the respective CMS Regional Office, U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. The State will comply with the following guidelines when requesting supplemental funding for TANF (CFDA 93.558), CCDF (CFDA 93.575), CSE (93.563), and the FC/AA (CFDA 93.658 and CFDA 93.659) programs administered by the U.S. Department of Human Services, Administration for Children and Families (HHS/ACF):

  • Certificate of Interested Parties Form – Form 1295 As required by Section 2252.908 of the Texas Government Code. H-GAC will not enter a Contract with Contractor unless (i) the Contractor submits a disclosure of interested parties form to H-GAC at the time the Contractor submits the contract H-GAC, or

  • MOTION FOR FINAL APPROVAL Not later than 16 court days before the calendared Final Approval Hearing, Plaintiff will file in Court, a motion for final approval of the Settlement that includes a request for approval of the PAGA settlement under Labor Code section 2699, subd. (l), a Proposed Final Approval Order and a proposed Judgment (collectively “Motion for Final Approval”). Plaintiff shall provide drafts of these documents to Defense Counsel not later than seven days prior to filing the Motion for Final Approval. Class Counsel and Defense Counsel will expeditiously meet and confer in person or by telephone, and in good faith, to resolve any disagreements concerning the Motion for Final Approval.

  • Use of State Property A. Grantee is prohibited from using State Property for any purpose other than performing Services authorized under the Grant Agreement.

  • SIMPLE IRA-to-Xxxx XXX Conversions You are eligible to convert all or any portion of your existing SIMPLE IRA into your Xxxx XXX, provided two years have passed since you first participated in a SIMPLE IRA plan sponsored by your employer. The amount of the conversion from your SIMPLE IRA to your Xxxx XXX will be treated as a distribution for income tax purposes and is includible in your gross income. Although the conversion amount generally is included in income, the 10 percent early distribution penalty tax will not apply to conversions from a SIMPLE IRA to a Xxxx XXX, regardless of whether you qualify for any exceptions to the 10 percent early distribution penalty tax. If you are required to take a required minimum distribution for the year, you must remove your required minimum distribution before converting your SIMPLE IRA.

  • Name of Trust It is understood that the name "Calamos", and any logo associated with that name, is the valuable property of Calamos Asset Management, Inc., and that the Trust has the right to include "Calamos" as a part of its name or the name of any Fund only so long as this Agreement shall continue. Upon termination of this Agreement the Trust shall forthwith cease to use the "Calamos" name and logo and shall take such action as is necessary to change the name of any Fund and to amend its Declaration of Trust to change the Trust's name.
