Use of Public Funds. The School shall use no public funds received from or through the Sponsor to purchase or lease a property, goods, or services from any director, officer, or employee of the School or the spouse, parent, child, stepchild, or sibling of any director, officer, or employee, or from any business in which any officers or employees have an interest. Nor shall the School use any property, goods or services purchased or leased by public funds for the private benefit of any person or entity. A reference is hereby made to §112.313, F.S.

Use of Public Funds. The funds covered by this Agreement are public funds appropriated to the DIVISION and approved by the DIVISION for the purchase of services for PERSON during the approved period and for the purposes stated in this Agreement. Parties acknowledge that public funds are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to the use of public funds.
Use of Public Funds. To the extent the Governmental Entity decides to provide funding for Medicaid supplemental payments, the Governmental Entity agrees to use public funds for such funding.

Use of Public Funds. ‌ If public funds, other than the funds of Grantor, including passed-through funds, are available to any Person using such street or public right-of-way for the purpose of defraying the cost of any of the relocation of facilities as provided under Sections 4.9, 4.10 and 4.12 hereof, Grantee shall be afforded equal treatment subject to applicable law and regulations and Grantor shall, upon written request of the Grantee, use its best efforts to make application for such funds on behalf of the Grantee.
Use of Public Funds. Contractor, including its officers and members, shall not use funds received from CalMHSA pursuant to this Agreement to support or pay for costs or expenses related to campaigning or other partisan activities to advocate for either the election or defeat of any candidate for elective office, or for or against the passage of any proposition or ballot measure; or lobbying for either the passage or defeat of any legislation. This provision is not intended and shall not be construed to limit any expression of a view, opinion, or position of any member of Contractor as an individual or private citizen, as long as public funds are not used; nor does this provision limit Contractor from merely reporting the results of a poll or survey of its membership.
Use of Public Funds. 5.01 Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, Public Funds shall only be distributed in compliance with this Grant Agreement, the Development Agreement and the Construction Agreement as provided in an approved application for distribution. Grantee may distribute the Public Funds to pay the fees of an independent servicer and/or construction inspector approved by Grantor.

  • Use of Public Way The Company will have the right of ingress to and egress from the Airport, the Premises, and the Common Use Areas for the Company’s Parties, including customers, suppliers of materials, furnishers of services, equipment, vehicles, machinery and other property. Such right will be subject to Applicable Laws and the Authority’s right to establish Authority Rules and Regulations and Operating Directives governing (A) the general public, including the Company’s customers, and (B) access to non-public areas at the Airport by the Company’s Parties.

  • Use of PTO 10.5.1 PTO may be used as soon as it is earned, up to the amount accrued in the pay period immediately preceding the time off, in accordance with the provisions of this Article. PTO may not be used in advance of its accrual, on regularly scheduled days off, or to claim pay for time lost due to tardiness.

Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12G.

Escrow Agent, Registry Operator and ICANN will exchange public keys by the same procedure.
