Property Left on Premises. Landlord may dispose of any property left in the storage space or on the premises by Tenant after Tenant's tenancy is terminated. Tenant shall be responsible for all costs incurred by Landlord in disposing of such property.

If equipment, exhibits, fixtures, materials, displays or other personal property are not removed by the end of the Event Period, the Director may store, or cause to be stored, any such property, for which Client shall pay a reasonable fee to cover any and all expenses incurred by the Department. If Client does not take possession of such equipment, exhibits, fixtures, materials, displays or other personal property within a reasonable period of time, and pay the applicable storage fees, the Director may sell the same in accordance with applicable law, and hold the proceeds thereof for the rightful owner less any reasonable expenses incurred by Department. The City shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to property left on premises. Charges for the storage disposition of said property shall be billed by the Department and paid by Client upon receipt of invoice.

OCA reserves the right after the termination of this Use Agreement to remove from the Latino Cultural Center all effects of User remaining and to store them wherever OCA sees fit in OCA's name, or at OCA's option in the name of User, but at the cost, expense and risk of User, and OCA shall not be liable in any way to User on account of so removing and storing these effects. If the effects of User remain in the Latino Cultural Center for any additional period beyond the term of this Use Agreement, OCA shall be entitled to charge a reasonable daily storage fee, which shall be determined by the Manager.

Upon the expiration of the Term or if the Premises should be vacated at any time, or abandoned by the Tenant, or this Lease should terminate for any cause, and at the time of such termination, vacation or abandonment, Tenant or Tenant’s agents, or any other person should leave any property of any kind or character on or in the Premises, after Landlord gives Tenant sixty (60) days advanced written notice to remove or cause to be removed such property, such property may be deemed abandoned. .

Lessor reserves the right after the termination of this contract to remove from the Premises all effects of Lessee remaining and to store them wherever Lessor sees fit in Lessee's name, or at Lessor's option in the name of Lessee, but at the cost, expense and risk of Lessee, and Lessor shall not be liable in any way to Lessee on account of so removing and storing these effects. For such additional period beyond the term of this contract as any effects of Lessee may so remain in the Premises, Lessor shall be entitled to charge a reasonable sum per day which shall be determined by the Manager.
Property Left on Premises. Any items left on the Premises after the period described in Section 9.04 hereof shall be deemed to be abandoned and become, at the option of Lessor, the property of Lessor without any claim therein of Lessee. Lessor shall have the right, without notice, to sell, destroy or otherwise dispose of any items left on the Premises by Lessee or its officers, employees, agents or guests after Lessee has vacated or abandoned the Premises, or after the period described in Section 9.04. Lessee hereby abandons the claim to any property of any nature whatsoever left on the Premises after the period described in Section 9.04.
Property Left on Premises. Any property Lessee leaves on premises after vacating may be considered to be abandoned and may be disposed of by Lessor, except for medical items which shall be treated in accordance with state statute 705.05(5)(am).
