Proportional Reduction. Upon determination by Grantor that Grantee has failed to comply with the training requirements set forth in Exhibit A, Training List, to this Agreement, Grantor may proportionally reduce the amount of grant funds due to Grantee and require a refund of the amount of Grant Funds which exceed the proportion attributable to the level of performance achieved.
Proportional Reduction. In the event of a reduction in the production of the Product as consequence of fortuitous case or force xxxxxx, the Seller will only reduce the volume of the supplied Product to the Buyer proportionally in relation to the volume corresponding to each one of the clients. If there is a fortuitous case or force xxxxxx, the Seller will no have the obligation, under any concept, to buy the Product of any third party to can sell the Buyer. This Clause does not apply for exports that the Seller may do, it only will apply to clients that maintain a long time contractual relationship with the Seller.
Proportional Reduction. If the Purchaser acquires fewer than 820,000 shares pursuant to Section 1, the amounts of shares referenced in Sections 3 and 4 will be proportionally reduced.

Proportional Reduction. Where an operative is absent for part of normal working hours due to certified sickness or injury or for one or more days of annual or recognised public holiday, the requirement for the operative to be available for work will be deemed to be met and the payment of Guaranteed Minimum Weekly Earnings will be proportionately reduced. The proportionate reduction will not apply where the employer authorises the absence on compassionate or other grounds.
