PROPOSED SOLUTION – PER SERVICE. North Highland offers an exceptional ability to carry out Service Category 1 services statewide and provide diverse knowledge and skillsets. Our Firm has the right approach, the right people and the capacity that combine into an exceptional ability to add to our success delivering statewide management consulting services for the State of Florida. We have the organizational delivery characteristics (size, structure, geographic locations and professional capabilities) that provides a solid foundation and structure for the many types of projects we perform for our State Clients. We demonstrated in Part 1 that we have successfully delivered services to Florida agencies for all twelve (12) Category 1 services on prior and current projects. We create customized project-specific approaches optimized for the shape or size of each project. We provide the experienced resources with diverse knowledge and skillsets from a global resource pool needed to achieve each project’s goals. Finally, North Highland provides the commitment and connections to the State of Florida public sector as the mortar that connects, strengthens and secures each project. As highlighted in our Experience section, these four elements have contributed to the successful implementation of hundreds of projects and established trusted working relationships demonstrating North Highland’s ability to deliver. Our Florida-based staff and staff from other offices who worked on State of Florida projects bring a significant depth of experience along with certifications and credentials which accentuate their resumes. We have included a sample set of local consultant resumes for each of the job titles (see Appendix A).   • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.

  • Proposed Services A description of the Contractor’s proposed services to accomplish the specified work requirements, including dates of completion.

  • Conversion of Live Telephone Exchange Service to Analog 2W Loops The following coordination procedures shall apply to “live” cutovers of VERIZON Customers who are converting their Telephone Exchange Services to SPRINT Telephone Exchange Services provisioned over Analog 2W unbundled Local Loops (“Analog 2W Loops”) to be provided by VERIZON to SPRINT.

  • CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Master Contract.

  • Provider Selection To the extent applicable to Provider in performance of the Agreement, Provider shall comply with 42 CFR 438.214, as may be amended from time to time, which includes, but is not limited to the selection and retention of providers, credentialing and recredentialing requirements and nondiscrimination. If Subcontractor and/or Health Plan delegate credentialing to Provider, Subcontractor and/or Health Plan will provide monitoring and oversight and Provider shall ensure that all licensed medical professionals are credentialed in accordance with Health Plan’s and the State Contract’s credentialing requirements.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Positive Test results for Antibiotics AFTER Milk is collected and has caused the TANKER TO RETURN A POSITIVE RESULT . UPON CUSTOMER RISK ASSESSMENT , MILK IS ACCEPTED. Supplier will not be paid for this Milk as it has tested positive for antibiotics and is deemed to be in breach of ACM Food Safety Program (see part 6.1 for details) and Milk Quality Standards (see Table 3.1). For all positive samples (vat or Tanker) Milk collection will be suspended until a negative sample is achieved. Any subsequent positive vat samples taken during this process will not be paid for. Only after a negative sample is achieved, will ACM schedule Milk for collection. Supplier will be required to complete a CAR (Corrective Action Report) which is a requirement of ACM’s Food Safety Program. Refer to section 4.3 Management of Non‐Conformance ‐ Incident Report in the ACM Food Safety Program manual.

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation for Actions During Emergency Condition The CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff for its provision of real and reactive power and other Emergency Condition services that the Interconnection Customer provides to support the CAISO Controlled Grid during an Emergency Condition in accordance with Article 11.6.
