Proposed Use of Table Tennis Hall Area. TTFD will have unrestricted access to the Table Tennis Hall area for use at their discretion at all times provided such use does not interfere with the Tennis Club activities in the other shared parts of the Pavilion, as defined on the drawings, or on the courts. However, TTFD will grant access to EFLTC to a maximum of half the area on request for an agreed Fee, subject to appropriate notice being given and provided this does not interfere with TTFD activities. TTFD will be responsible for promoting, organising and coordinating all table tennis related activities held within the Table Tennis Hall area, and managing the use of the Pavilion generally. TTFD will be responsible for all costs incurred in running those activities including incidental maintenance or repairs resulting from those activities. TTFD will be entitled to all income derived from table tennis related use and TTFD organised use of the Table Tennis Hall area. If TTFD wish to hire the Table Tennis Hall area to a 3rd party for use other than Table Tennis, permission from EFLTC will be required, and will not be unreasonably withheld by EFLTC provided such hire does not adversely affect EFLTC’s existing Hall Hire operations, or tennis activities at the site. Electricity to the Table Tennis Hall area will be independently metered and TTFD will be responsible for those electricity usage charges. TTFD will be responsible for furnishing the Table Tennis Hall area and insuring its contents. TTFD will be responsible for paying for their proportion of • building insurance • rubbish collection • water rates & usage • building maintenance

  • Transfer and Seniority Outside the Bargaining Unit (a) It is understood that an employee shall not be transferred by the Hospital to a position outside the bargaining unit without his consent except in the case of temporary assignments not exceeding six (6) months. Such employees on temporary assignments shall remain members of the bargaining unit.

  • Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.

  • GEOGRAPHIC AREA AND SECTOR SPECIFIC ALLOWANCES, CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant: Where the company does work which falls under the following headings, the company agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.

  • Site Plan It is Licensee’s responsibility before signing this Agreement to ensure that the Site Plan correctly shows the work that Licensee intends to perform, that the Site Plan correctly shows all improvements and equipment that Licensee intends be located on the Use Areas, that the Site Plan shows no work, improvements or equipment outside the Exclusive Areas and Shared Areas properly depicted and labeled on the Boundary Plan, and that all work, improvements and equipment is encompassed within the purposes enumerated in the Standard Terms for that particular Exclusive Area or Shared Area. Any work, improvements or equipment not conforming to all the foregoing is prohibited, even if it is clearly shown on the Site Plan or discussed in the Standard Terms. Any refinement or other change to the Site Plan after Licensor executes this Agreement is void unless Licensee obtains Licensee’s approval of the change pursuant to the plans approval processes set out in the Standard Terms and pursuant to all applicable regulatory requirements.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Transfer and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without his consent. If an employee is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit, he shall retain his seniority accumulated up to the date of leaving the unit, but will not accumulate any further seniority. If such an employee returns to the bargaining unit within twelve (12) months, he shall be placed in a job consistent with his seniority. Such return shall not result in the layoff or bumping of an employee holding greater seniority.

  • Use of Building With prior notice to the principal/director, Association members of that school may hold meetings in their school building before or after regular duty hours or after the student contact day. Assigned duties take priority over such meetings.

  • Use of Buildings and Equipment 21.4.1 The Association shall have the right to use District buildings, sites, and equipment during all reasonable hours for meetings and other Association activities.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Use of Buildings In addition to use and control of the Church and Parish buildings for the discharge of duties of the Xxxxxx'x office, as provided by Canon law, the Xxxxxx shall have the right to grant use of the buildings to individuals or groups from outside the parish, following guidelines approved by the Xxxxxx, Wardens and Vestry.
