Prorated Payment and/or Credit for Holidays. A member who separates from Township service for any reason and who is eligible for holiday payment will be paid any earned but unpaid or unused holiday leave time. A newly hired member who qualifies for holiday time other than on January 1 shall be credited and/or paid for those holidays remaining in that initial calendar year.
